A journey through nature, history, and vision.
The journey begins among the rows, where the soul of Barone Pizzini takes shape, and continues in the most significant areas of the winery, the beating heart of production.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of the Franciacorta that represent the symbolic stops of this journey: each glass is a fragment of history, a vivid memory of the path taken by the first producer of organic Franciacorta.
A story to savor, between past, present, and future.
The Barone Pizzini Organic Winery is one of the oldest wineries in the Franciacorta region, with a history dating back to 1870.
This winery was the first to produce Franciacorta from organic viticulture, a commitment that began in 1998 and led to the certification of its vineyards in 2001.
Today, Barone Pizzini cultivates about 60 hectares of organic vineyards, divided into 30 plots scattered throughout Franciacorta. This choice was driven by the desire to produce high-quality wines closely linked to the territory. Organic farming is a method that respects soil biodiversity and contributes to environmental protection.
A visit to the Barone Pizzini winery is a unique experience that allows you to discover the secrets of producing high-quality organic wines. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to taste our wines, including our Franciacorta, produced using organic methods.
