The magic evoked by the Etna volcano and the winds shapes the long, narrow leaves and the elongated olives of the Nocellara Etnea cultivar: a variety of olive accepted and cultivated only with ancient methods, in a limited territory in the province of Catania.

Elisabetta Abrami’s story is a tale of a challenging journey, which has been accomplished by keeping alive the special union within tradition, technology and permanent bond with a unique territory in its kind, Franciacorta.

Within these morainic hills, in Provaglio d’iseo, Elisabetta has become the guardian of a recently founded winery.
In the last ten years she has been able to pursue a bold and right choice:
develop organic viticulture, demand excellence and develop a new high quality product, with the spirit of Pinot Noir and with ancient heritage.

The voyage of Pinot Noir

Siamo stati nella cantina della signora Abrami domenica, ed eravamo solo in 3, complice il brutto tempo. La visita è stata molto interessante, nonostante si sia saltato il giro dei vigneti (sempre a causa della pioggia intensa!), per non parlare dei vini... Il Blanc de noir è stata una scoperta veramente favolosa, lo abbiamo amato alla follia! Un doveroso ringraziamento alla signora e a suo marito per averci permesso di effettuare la visita!
