Wine-experience with an approach to tasting that privileges the sensorial experience.

A tasting journey through the colors, scents and flavors of wine interpreted by our senses. An evocative and exciting journey to research, analyze, recognize and compare the characteristics of wines also with the help of some graphic cards and an aroma kit.

You will experience wine with us in this journey:

• The vineyards, illustrating our history, philosophy and Bolgheri’s territory;
• The cellar with an introduction to our main winemaking methods;
• The tasting of 3 wines:

1. PAPEO: selection of Vermentino in purity
2. TARABUSO: selection of pure Cabernet Sauvignon
3. ALDONE: selection of Merlot in pureness

The tasting is accompanied by bruschetta with EVO oil of our production.
