Situated in the heart of the Roero, in Castellinaldo d'Alba, Az. Agr. Raffaele Gili is a must-visit food and wine experience for wine enthusiasts. Nestled in hilly terrain between the Langhe and the Tanaro River, it offers exciting tastings and the chance to visit an authentic Roero winery.

Thanks to the passion and commitment of the Gili family, consisting of Raffaele, his wife Laura and children Gloria, Aurora and Matteo, the winery maintains a family approach to caring for its 10 hectares of vineyards, located between Castellinaldo, Priocca and Magliano Alfieri. This extraordinary territory was recognized in 2014 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The grapes grown include mainly Arneis, favorita (the local name for vermentino in Roero), Nebbiolo (for Roero and Nebbiolo d'Alba) and Barbera (for the renowned Barbera d'Alba). Discover the magic of Roero tastings and visit the winery Raffaele Gili for an authentic and unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing experience at this winery! The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. They took the time to explain the entire winemaking process, and we learned so much about how the wine is produced. It was both interesting and enjoyable. And, of course, the wine was absolutely delicious - some of the best we’ve tasted! We highly recommend visiting this winery to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic wine experience. <3 Best regards from Poland!:)
