An immersive experience in nature and Maremma cuisine, through a journey to discover wild herbs and their use in cooking. Guests will be welcomed at La Maliosa by the staff and chef Francesca, who combines culinary skills with significant training as a holistic operator in Phytoalimurgy and Wellness. Francesca will accompany guests on a walk through the farm fields, helping them to recognize and gather wild herbs, explaining their characteristics, properties, and use in cooking.
At the end of the walk, everyone will prepare typical Maremma gnudi and a pesto with the wild herbs collected, which, combined with organic EVO oil from Fattoria La Maliosa, will be the perfect seasoning for the recipe. The experience will conclude with a tasting of the prepared dish, paired with our natural wine Saturnalia, narrated by an expert. Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the recipe in both paper and digital format.
