10:30 AM gathering with scissors and bucket and delivery of the harvester's gadget to personalize
11:00 AM everyone goes harvesting and stretching in the vineyard 
12:00 PM tasting aperitif with sampling of three wines (soft drink for children) accompanied by local km0 products. Possibility of lunch in the courtyard with Grandma's Rotella tortelli - gnocco and cold cuts
2:30 PM traditional grape stomping for adults and children
