For the 2026 Festival, the Cellatica Gussago Wine Cooperative invites you to a tasting experience to discover its Franciacorta sans année wines.

Your visit will begin inside the Cooperative's new production building, featuring modern winery equipment and historical artifacts. Here, you'll learn about the various stages of Franciacorta DOCG production, from harvest to bottle aging, including tirage, remuage, and disgorging.

After the tour of the indoor facilities, the experience will move to the tasting room, where you can sample 3 Franciacorta sans année:

  • Brut
  • Satèn
  • Rosé Brut

These labels will guide you through our production philosophy: full steel vinification of hillside grapes, low residual sugar, and extended yeast aging, aiming to preserve the essence of the terroir of Cellatica, Brescia, and Gussago in every glass.

The tasting will be accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses.

Minimum 2 people.

Host information

The Cellatica Gussago Wine Cooperative, founded in 1952, is a historic entity of Franciacorta.

Composed exclusively of small landowners, the Cooperative can count on 12 hectares owned by its Members, located within 5 different denominations: Sebino and Ronchi di Brescia IGT, Cellatica and Curtefranca DOC, Franciacorta DOCG.

The winery is located at the foot of the Stella hill, just a few kilometers from Brescia. The building housing the Cooperative was constructed in 2026 and is equipped with the most modern winemaking and sparkling wine technologies, as well as a tasting room overlooking the winery with a garden enjoyable in the pleasant season.

The Cooperative is passionately dedicated to enhancing the red wines of the Brescia tradition, a product type that forms an integral part of the winery's history and on which the Cooperative continues to focus, constantly seeking quality in full respect of the territory.

Since 1979, the Cooperative can also boast a boutique production of Franciacorta, an expression of the unique terroir of the northeastern hills of the Franciacorta area.

Consigliata!
