Grignolino is an ancient native variety, cultivated above all in the hilly area of the province of Asti, which is the real cradle of choice. Our Costanza Piemonte Grignolino DOC is a wine produced in 100% Grignolino grapes, vinified for 11 months in steel barrels. From the typical light ruby red color, the scent is delicate, persistent with clear hints of wild rose, blackberry and white pepper. In the mouth has good body, soft, fresh and sapid. Pleasantly tannic with a pleasantly bitterish aftertaste.
