Accompanying the tasting are samples of aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, fresh Piave cheese, savory breadsticks and Fregolotta cake (The appetizers served are not to be considered a meal).

PDC Cartizze: a limited and niche production of high quality organic Prosecco Cartizze
.PDC isthe only farm specializing in the sole production of Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze and is based in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the prestigious Cartizze area.
It refuses intensive cultivation practices with the goal of producing sparkling wines of the highest level, strongly representative of the talent of these ancient lands. Annual production is very limited: 15 thousand bottles.
To date it is theonly entity in Cartizze to certify BIO, growing and making wine through sustainable and balanced practices.
Modern and contemporary design frames the estate nestled among vineyards with centuries-old architecture.
Here you can participate in a sensory experience where you will learn how to taste Cartizze like real professionals by doing a visual, olfactory and taste analysis of the4 versions of Cartizze spumante from the PDC line. The experience will continue with a short walk through the winery and vineyard, where you will learn more about the secrets of winemaking and organic cultivation.
