The experience takes place outdoors under our large pergola, where we will guide you through the philosophy of Fattoria La Maliosa, the historical local varieties that characterize our wines, and the Corino Method, our approach to regenerative agriculture that guides every decision in the production of natural wines and organic EVO oils.
During the tasting, you can sample 4 of our natural wines, selected to best tell the story of the region and the identity of our company. The wines will be accompanied by a selection of artisanal cured meats and cheeses carefully chosen from local excellences.
Rustic bread will also accompany a guided tasting of our organic EVO oils, obtained from cold pressing of Tuscan cultivars.
We will guide you on this sensory journey through scents, flavors, and stories, to offer you an authentic and engaging experience, immersed in the colors and sounds of the Maremma countryside, leaving you with a special memory of your visit to Fattoria La Maliosa.
In case of bad weather, the experience will take place indoors.
