A private car tour through our vineyards will immerse you in the heart of the region, among rows and enchanting landscapes.
From the vineyard to the cellar, taste the wine directly from the barrels and choose four glasses from our most representative wines: from the fresh and sparkling Asolo Prosecco DOCG – available in Brut, Extra Brut, and Extra Dry versions – which shine for their lightness and finesse, to the sparkling wine on the lees with an agricultural base, a true sensory journey that combines aromatic complexity and the authenticity of traditional winemaking.
Among the reds of Montello, Cabernet, Merlot, and Recantina stand out, a local gem of refined elegance, with hints of ripe red fruits and a smooth structure that envelops the palate.
Our novelty, the Souvignier Gris, surprises with delicate floral and fruity notes, freshness, and harmony, offering a modern and original tasting experience.
Each glass is accompanied by a platter with selected local products to enhance their aromas, including cold cuts, cheeses, and bread, in a perfect balance of taste and territory. For intolerances or vegetarian or vegan preferences, just let us know: we will be happy to create a tailored experience.

Enrico, Matteo and Davide, young independent winemakers, have been cultivating their grapes since 2012, the year the Bresolin family business was founded.
They are FIVI. It means they know everything about their grapes, they personally follow the entire process, from growing the vine to selling the bottle. They are winemakers who love working the land between the rows of Asolo DOCG, a land that fully reflects them.
They are BIO. They love and respect their splendid territory. Wine and oil always have a story to tell. Their products are rooted in rich and fertile soil, the vineyards are close to woods populated by roe deer, wild boar and wild birds. Total respect for biodiversity at Bresolin is indeed essential, as is the choice of organic.
They decided to focus on the DOCG of Asolo, a new and young appellation that is perfect for them. It is the place where they were born and raised, a territory that represents them 100%. This is where they put down roots, founding their family business.

La cantina Bresolin Bio ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso, nonostante la giovane età si sono dimostrati competenti facendoci assaggiare vini di ottima qualità. Inoltre hanno spiegato la loro storia, raccontando gli obiettivi dell’azienda. Vino ottimo, specialmente l’IGT con fondo agricolo, il tutto accompagnato da prodotti locali e da una vista meravigliosa. Bravissimi!
