Bacio della Luna “Diamond Collection” is a limited edition produced from our own vineyards in Valdobbiadene, Unesco World Heritage.

Elegant and well balanced. A vivid straw yellow colour with greenish hints and a fine perlage. Characterized by a delicate bouquet of white flowers, fresh fruits and bread crust. On the palate it is fragrant, fruity and with pleasant balsamic notes. The perlage is creamy and velvety with a long savory finish.

Grapes: 100% Glera 

Alcohol: 11% vol.

Pairing: Perfect with exotic dishes such as sushi and sashimi, but also with an appetizer of raw ham and medium-aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Excellent also with truffle-based dishes.

Located in Vidor, in the heart of the DOCG area, Bacio della Luna is dedicated to the production of Prosecco DOCG, DOC, and sparkling wines, expressing a deep connection to the land and a constant pursuit of excellence.

The winery opens its doors to lovers of Italian bubbles to offer an immersive experience in the world of Prosecco – and beyond. Each tasting is a journey into the wine culture of Veneto, an opportunity to discover the peculiarities of each label, the winemaking techniques, and the philosophy that guides every bottle signed by Bacio della Luna.

The wine tourism path consists of three tastings, designed as a crescendo of emotions and flavors:

Orsa Minore Tasting: ideal for those approaching the world of Prosecco Superiore DOCG for the first time, it offers a selection of the most representative labels of the winery.

Cassiopea Tasting: designed for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of styles and territories, it includes Prosecco DOC, DOCG, and other specialties of the production.

Orsa Maggiore Tasting: the most exclusive path, which also includes tasting limited editions of Bacio della Luna and wines from other estates of the group.

Each tasting is accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, to enhance the connection with the territory and make the experience even more complete.
