Goblet of a beautiful greenish yellow color, with a pronounced and persistent rim. To the nose immediate hints of apple and pear in profusion, sage and a hint of lime. Lastly, an almond is just perceivable. The entrance in the mouth proposes the same aromas perceived by the nose, however it is the structure which characterizes this sparkling wine: overbearing minerality and sapidity justify soft hints and support the rich bouquet in order to give a long persistence.
