From Monday to Saturday at dinner it is possible to order baskets with hot dishes and homemade fresh pasta and products from our garden.
The price varies depending on the chosen dishes.
Request our daily menu and we will send it to you so you can decide which dishes to enjoy.
The warm basket must be booked by 5:30 PM as the food is freshly prepared.

Colsereno Wine Resort, nestled in the heart of Montalcino, is a rare gem that offers a dive into Tuscan authenticity and winemaking tradition. Dating back to the early 1900s, this farmhouse witnessed the history and traditions of the famous Palio di Siena, hosting jockeys until 1987. Today, completely renovated, Colsereno retains its rustic charm with original stone walls and beamed ceilings, making it one of the most charming farmhouses in the region.
Since 1998, with the grafting of the first hectare of Brunello Vineyard, followed by eight more dedicated hectares, Colsereno has transformed its agricultural vocation into renowned wine production. About 6 of the winery's 70 hectares are now dedicated to Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino vineyards, cultivated following organic methods to ensure the highest quality and respect for the environment.
