Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn the techniques of preparing authentic Tuscan pasta, all while enjoying a delicious meal paired with our exquisite wines, including Brunello di Montalcino. You'll have the opportunity to explore our historic cellar and indulge in a feast with a selection of mixed Tuscan appetizers, homemade pasta, and dessert, all accompanied by three organic wines, including Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. As part of the tasting experience, you'll also have the chance to taste wine directly from the wooden barrel.

Colsereno Wine Resort, nestled in the heart of Montalcino, is a rare gem that offers a dive into Tuscan authenticity and winemaking tradition. Dating back to the early 1900s, this farmhouse witnessed the history and traditions of the famous Palio di Siena, hosting jockeys until 1987. Today, completely renovated, Colsereno retains its rustic charm with original stone walls and beamed ceilings, making it one of the most charming farmhouses in the region.
Since 1998, with the grafting of the first hectare of Brunello Vineyard, followed by eight more dedicated hectares, Colsereno has transformed its agricultural vocation into renowned wine production. About 6 of the winery's 70 hectares are now dedicated to Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino vineyards, cultivated following organic methods to ensure the highest quality and respect for the environment.
