Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you will learn techniques for preparing authentic Tuscan pasta, all while enjoying a delicious meal paired with our exquisite wines, including Brunello di Montalcino.
You will have the opportunity to explore our historic wine cellar and indulge in a banquet with a selection of mixed Tuscan antipasti, homemade pasta and desserts, all accompanied by three organic wines, including Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino.
As part of the tasting experience, you will also have the opportunity to taste the wine straight from the wooden barrel!

Colsereno Wine Resort, nestled in the heart of Montalcino, is a rare gem that offers a dive into Tuscan authenticity and winemaking tradition. Dating back to the early 1900s, this farmhouse witnessed the history and traditions of the famous Palio di Siena, hosting jockeys until 1987. Today, completely renovated, Colsereno retains its rustic charm with original stone walls and beamed ceilings, making it one of the most charming farmhouses in the region.
Since 1998, with the grafting of the first hectare of Brunello Vineyard, followed by eight more dedicated hectares, Colsereno has transformed its agricultural vocation into renowned wine production. About 6 of the winery's 70 hectares are now dedicated to Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino vineyards, cultivated following organic methods to ensure the highest quality and respect for the environment.
