It is a wine made from 100% Aglianico grapes from our vineyards, which surround the winery. Harvesting is done manually in small boxes to allow bunch-by-bunch selection and lay the grapes well so as not to break the berries. First vintage produced 2020, release December 2024

WINE HARVEST: Second/third decade of October
FERMENTATION: De-stemming and soft crushing of the grapes precedes maceration, which lasts about 30 days, in stainless steel at 26/28°C. The malolactic, on the other hand, takes place in barrique spontaneously during the spring period
FINING: After racking, the wine matures in wood for about 18/24 months, then moves to stainless steel and continues another 6 months in the bottle.
BOTTLING: After about 36 months from the harvest
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Intense ruby red color, with aromas of small red fruits that evolve over time to tertiary aromas of leather and myrtle with balsamic puffs. The taste is powerful and intriguing with tannins that are present but never intrusive, inviting the next sip.
