Lisetta is the first Charmat Method sparkling wine produced by the Ponterotto Winery, obtained entirely from the grapes of the indigenous Greco grape variety through a slow refermentation process on yeasts in an autoclave. The characteristic bright yellow stands out to the eye along with the persistent fine-grained perlage, while refined floral aromas come to the nose, emphasized by the typical mineral note of Greco. The dry, harmonious and elegant taste makes it a perfect pairing with aperitifs
