Michele Perillo's Perillo winery is a small winery in the municipality of Castelfranci, and in 2024 it placed its Irpinia Aglianico D.O.C. wine on the wine market. The winery covers 7 hectares of property between the municipality of Castelfranci and the town of Montemarano.

Vinificazione: Pre-fermentation maceration of grapes on cold for about 2 days, subsequent fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at uncontrolled temperature for about 15 days.

Bottle ageing: 1 year
Color: Ruby red
Perfume: The nose offers a broad, complex, intense bouquet with characters reminiscent of cherry, thyme, violet, and berries with mineral hints.
Flavor: In the mouth is enveloping, elegant and persistent. The aftertaste is characterized by distinct notes of plum, bitter cherry, strawberry jam, and black pepper.
