

As you can see, the colour is soft and bright. On olfactory examination, it stands out for its delicacy, with nuances of white flowers and almond. In the mouth, however, it reveals great personality: it is taut, vertical and savoury. It is characterised by softness and freshness, capable of perfectly conveying the mineral territory from which it comes. It is an extremely versatile white. It is ideal with light appetisers, vegetables, fresh pasta, risottos (with fish or vegetables) and white meats. Excellent with lake and sea fish, both raw and grilled, shellfish and seafood.
