Già dall'arrivo abbiamo percepito la cura con la quale viene gestita la struttura.
L'accoglienza è stata gentile e professionale come la visita guidata, davvero una bellissima esperienza poter conoscere e vedere la storia che la cantina portato avanti in questi anni.
Gli assaggi dei vini scelti con la relativa spiegazione, sono stati veramente gradevoli.
Un particolare che abbiamo apprezzato è stato il pensiero avuto per mio figlio minorenne, a cui hanno servito da mangiare come a noi con una bottiglia di acqua ovviamente!
Consiglio vivamente la visita alla cantina, 2 ore ben spese.

A journey to discover the simplicity and winemaking tradition of a unique and transitional land between the Lake and the Mountain.
When you arrive, you will be greeted at the winery, which has free parking. A staff member will then take you to the underground cellar for a brief tour of the area dedicated to aging wine in amphorae. Afterwards you will be seated at outdoor tables under the canopy in the historic courtyard or inside the store, where the tasting will be served .
The tasting will involve serving 4 wines in sequence:
Trebianel Vendrisanto Frizzante Pet-Nat
Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC
Bardolino DOC Classico
Souvignier Gris IGT (PIWI)
The peculiarities and history of each wine will be explained during the service. The wines will be accompanied by a board with breadsticks, homemade bread and oil, local cheeses and jams, with the possibility of requesting gluten-free crostini, and water. At the end of the tasting, it will be possible to follow a marked trail through the vineyards, lasting about 40 minutes (availability variable depending on weather conditions).
