Vispa - Spumante Bianco is a sparkling wine made from white Malvasia, characterised by a brilliant straw-yellow colour and fine bubbles.

Vinified in white with spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts, this unfiltered sparkling wine is aged for at least 18 months on the lees.

Its fresh and aromatic nose notes evolve into hints of bread crust with time.

On the palate, it reflects the nose with a fresh, delicate and persistent taste, which is enriched with tertiary hints thanks to the long ageing process.

Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with delicate fish dishes, it should be served at around 8°C to enhance its qualities.

Picnic Relaxation

È stata una mattinata stupenda! Le proprietarie gentilissime ci hanno mostrato la tenuta e gli animali dell’aia e successivamente ci hanno accompagnato all’interno del vigneto per il picnic. Vino buonissimo, cibo delizioso e giornata super rilassante! Per chi vuole ritagliarsi un momento di silenzio in un paesaggio stupendo, consiglio vivamente!

L'accoglienza della proprietaria è stata unica, vera, originale e accogliente! Vini buonissimi, cibo eccezionale, con anche prodotti senza glutine! Storia affascinante e vino fatto con amore! Super consigliato!!!

Picnic Relaxation

Abbiamo fatto una degustazione con pic-nic. Devo dire che ho trovato un’azienda condotta da 2 sorelle al top!. Cura della tradizione, con un po’ di innovazione. Troverete esclusivamente bollicine e metodo di classici rivisitati in chiave moderna. L’accoglienza fa’ da padrona, il cibo dei cestini fatto in casa. Complimenti!
