Vispa - Spumante Bianco is a sparkling wine made from white Malvasia, characterised by a brilliant straw-yellow colour and fine bubbles.
Vinified in white with spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts, this unfiltered sparkling wine is aged for at least 18 months on the lees.
Its fresh and aromatic nose notes evolve into hints of bread crust with time.
On the palate, it reflects the nose with a fresh, delicate and persistent taste, which is enriched with tertiary hints thanks to the long ageing process.
Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with delicate fish dishes, it should be served at around 8°C to enhance its qualities.
