The two oils we are going to compare have different characteristics also due to the blend and the harvest time. We will go to recognize and discover the fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, indices of quality of EVO Oil. The tasting will begin following the professional technique with the help of the special blue glasses and then continue with fragrant slices of homemade bread.
