Fermented grape juice, simple, direct, sincere; a wine for everyday drinking. Sangiovese interpreted in terms of drinkability, freshness, authenticity, with no added sulfites. Just grapes, and that's it! It evokes ancient memories of farmer wines, vintage, sold in bulk in demijohns and then bottled at home in crown-capped bottles for daily use. Juicy, straightforward, genuine, wild, and a bit naive.
