Checcarello is the name of a friend, a character from our place with a perpetually young spirit, despite his age, who dispenses advice and anecdotes while wandering around on his red Vespa. For us, he symbolizes a wine with a peasant soul, where the flavor of the territory shines through.
The Barbera adds a feminine touch, delicate and elegant, while the Sangiovese is more masculine, tannic, and austere. The Canaiolo Nero contributes floral aromas (rose and violet), creating balance.

In the heart of the Umbrian hills, in Torgiano, lies the Fattoria Mani di Luna, a farm that passionately cultivates 30 hectares of land following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Here, every bunch of grapes is hand-picked and transformed into natural wines of extraordinary purity, without the use of selected yeasts or filtration, to best express the soul of the Umbrian terroir.
Participating in wine tastings in Umbria at Fattoria Mani di Luna means immersing yourself in an authentic place where nature, tradition, and research meet. In addition to wines, the farm also produces a fine 100% Moraiolo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a product of the same respect for the land.
