Franciacorta DOCG Riserva 2018 obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from our vineyards in Cellatica, Gussago, and Brescia. The fermentation and maturation of the base wine take place exclusively in steel. The sparkling process occurs with selected yeasts, after which the wine rests sur lies for 65 months, followed by an additional 6 months of aging in the bottle. The almost absent residual sugar (1.5 g/l), great freshness, and pronounced minerality make this Franciacorta the ideal companion for the exquisite dishes of Brescia's cuisine.
