The Cooperativa Vitivinicola Cellatica Gussago offers you a tasting to discover its Franciacorta blanc de blancs.
Your visit will begin inside the 1950s winery and the facilities added specifically in the 1980s for the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wine. Here you will discover the various stages in the production of Franciacorta DOCG, from the grape harvest to bottle aging, via the draft, remouage and disgorgement.
At the end of the tour of the interiors, the experience will move to the tasting room, where you can taste our entire line of Franciacorta:
These labels will guide you to the discovery of our production philosophy: all-steel vinification of pure Chardonnay, low sugar residues and long stays on yeasts, with the aim of keeping the essence of the terroir of Cellatica, Brescia and Gussago intact up to the glass.
The tasting will be accompanied by cured meats and cheeses from our territory.
