The vineyard and winery tour
You will start among the rows of our vineyard, cultivated with methods inspired by organic and biodynamic philosophy. You will continue in the winery with the winemakers, who will personally guide you through the wine production stages.

5 wines produced using traditional Emilia methods meet the great protagonists of the Food Valley: Parma Ham DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, homemade bread following the peasant tradition, and a traditional dessert to end on a sweet note.
All products are locally sourced from Langhirano and the surrounding area.

Our name — Traditional Wines — tells our mission: to revive the ancient wine-making tradition of Parma through sparkling wines produced using the traditional Emilian method and bottle fermentation.
Each of our bottles is a new interpretation of Parma wine: authentic, high-quality, and deeply connected to the history and culture of these hills.
