Azienda Agricola Pagani de Marchi is a small jewel at the foot of Casale M.mo, between Bibbona and Cecina.

Built on Etruscan soil, it is renowned for being the archaeological site that has seen the re-emergence of the tomb of an Etruscan prince and in his honor produces a Sangiovese wine called "Principe Guerriero".

Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet are the masters, together with Vermentino for the white wine, on this hill of only 6 hectares, once cultivated with arable crops and now cradle of precious and well cared vines.

Always devoted to the highest quality, Pagani de Marchi produces since 2016 an absolute novelty: Cabernet Sauvignon in purity vinified entirely in terracotta amphora.

Proposed experiences

A visit to the Azienda Pagani de Marchi is the story of how a small farm located on Etruscan land became a place of excellent wine production and an archaeological site. On the hill where our vineyards are located, the magnificent tomb of an Etruscan prince has re-emerged, and its beautiful artefacts embody the strength of a warrior and a passion for wine. We wanted to dedicate the name of our first wine to him: the Warrior Prince.

We will be delighted to take you inside the winemaking cellar to retrace all the stages of production until you get to admire the barrel cellar, where the French oak barriques and our wonderful terracotta amphorae reside.

Our Tastings
At the end of the visit we will proceed with a guided wine tasting: you can sit in the splendid tasting room with its panoramic terrace or at the table outside with a splendid view of Casale Marittimo in the background.
At the end of the visit you can taste our wines.

Guided tours with wine-tasting only by prior arrangement, Monday to Friday at 16.00.
